Everbrite Coatings
Category: Facility Maintenance & Upkeep
Everbrite Coatings makes a clear protective coating that restores the original color and shine of faded, dull or chalky painted metal. Self-storage facilities use it on roll-up doors, metal buildings and signs. It is not a paint, so it needs no masking, taping or mixing. Facilities can apply it themselves with Everbrite storage kits.

Frequently asked questions about Everbrite Coatings
How often does it need to be reapplied?
Everbrite says every 7 to 12 years depending on exposure, and sooner (around 5 to 6 years) on sun-heavy south-facing walls.
Can we apply it ourselves?
Yes. Everbrite says it is ready to use and facilities can restore doors and metal buildings themselves.
Should I pressure wash my doors first?
Everbrite recommends against pressure washing roll-up doors because water can get into units. It suggests hand cleaning with mild soap instead.
